Workfront

The best part about Workfront is that the normal user can understand and use the system to get their work done. I like being able to see all of my tasks and their due dates on the My Work page. The system is highly configurable, the interface comprehensible. While it does take some practice and training to really create some solid reports, once you get the hang of it, the options are endless.

It would be great to better organize My Work section since I refer to it so frequently throughout the day but it can get a little cluttered up from time to time. The reporting is another issue. while basic reporting is completely fulfilled and you can present the information in clear graphs, when you try to create complex relations (historic vs forecast, capacity vs demand) things get more complicated.

Many products out there have similar functionality, but Workfront makes it all so easy to use and it offers really robust functionality. We've been using the product since 2009 and have been very happy with it. It has many more pros than cons, and you save great amounts of time and effort by using the tool. Workfront has simplified and streamlined the numerous amount of projects our team works on, as well as the communication between members of our team. Without any doubt, it's a highly recommended product.
