What was the best part about using Workfront?

This is a versatile project management software. This is easy-to-use software which is flexible to accommodate all processes and has great reporting capability. It also supports roles with different permissions and offers SharePoint integration. This is suited for large organizations which want to keep track of people, projects and resources. It keeps everything at one place.

What would you change about your experience with Workfront?

Reporting is limited and is supported with basic pie and bar charts when a more detailed analysis is required. Sharing of information is also limited as you can share basic reports via e mails but, sending detailed report becomes a problem. Learning takes a lot of time and a detailed understanding of the system is difficult and time consuming.

Overall Feedback

It is a good project management software where you can keep track of basic project management, issue tracking and change requests. It has excellent customer support system and major issues are handled immediately. It goes beyond mere project management to highly customizable work management platform. Chats, reports and other reporting tools have extensive customizable options.
