Workday

Workday is a great tool to use when trying to get all of your personal information in one place. It's basically a very helpful piece of software that generally does not disappoint. If you want an easy-to-use, adaptable and above all, a decent piece of software for the HR department, then Workday is definitely meant for you and your business! I love the abundance of services you get with these guys!

Honestly, I really have nothing bad to say about the experiences my coworkers and I had while using Workday. Not everything worked perfectly, but even though we haven't used it much, I'd like to recommend it. I think the user interface should provide a more functional feeling to the users, because right now, even the simplest of tasks can take a lot to accomplish. That's definitely something they should focus on.

Although you can easily find several better alternatives online, Workday does offer quite a lot. But it tends to function like something I would call an average piece of software that's neither amazing nor horrible. I still suggest you to at least give Workday a shot, because I believe you won't be disappointed. Their services are absolutely satisfactory, and I can't complain much.
