Workbooks are the user-friendly interface and easy to set up. It syncs the data of Google and Salesforce very easily. It also creates logs and other valuable things for our business. It manages our sales so efficiently. Workbooks software helps us to track the sales statements and other information to increase our business revenue. The software is too good for small and medium scale enterprises without charging any extra cost. The various CRM features contain in this software is sales, marketing, finance, legal and auditing. The only additional feature contains in this software is that it can also track our expenses.

When I used this software, I got confused several times with its outdated features. The cost of Workbooks is also little bit costly as compared to any other software in the market. No doubt this software has the user friendly interface but some features are too confusing. It does not work on my Google chrome. The Navigation application should be improved to get more staff member experience. Currently, they don't have application for iPhones and ipads, so it should be solved by them shortly. Workbooks are not even available in many languages.

Workbooks offer us better organization of our sales and marketing strategy process in addition to the contact list information world- wide. It is best for the larger organization to increase more traffic. The setup and use of this software are too easy but also have some complicated features that are difficult to understand. The program provide by this software is outstanding and creative. The customer support is too great to solve our problems at any time. The best part is the free tutorial which they provided us. For me, I think this software is the complete combination of perfect CRM tool.
