You can see and store additional information about contacts like notes, campaigns and etc. you can keep track of potential revenue too.

Workbooks.com is not bad, it is a huge and rich software to analyze even, it is hard sometimes to pinpoint some particular features or functions from such a huge one. I think it has slow Adoption, I am sure they will surely make it up to mark. It has integration with some other application but it does not provide facility to integrate with Google calendar.
