It is easily configurable and offers a great deal of flexibility. Added to it is the user friendly interface and connectivity to other systems and it also supports multi strategic business needs. The best part is it can be easily deployed by small and medium sized business without being an overhead on the pocket.

Workbooks could improve on the usability of dashboards and also work on integration with outlook - as some of our colleagues mentioned some compatibility issues.Also the search option is little bit complex as one needs to type the full name of a campaign and sometimes it is just not possible to remember each name in full - it would greatly help if it can do search by word parts. It would aslo greatly help if workbooks is integrated with google calendar.

Workbooks is ideally suited for small to medium organizations and being cost effective can manage and improve their workflow with efficient processes to automate the business. I especially liked the campaign tool which i felt is very efficient for marketing external and even internal events. Our organization uses the marketing campaigns for communication and coordination with our clients and contacts. I use Workbooks for internal events which saves time and effort in having to to set up a new email group each and every time about sending updates on an events.
