I was impressed with WordPrax on account of two things: Firstly, WordPrax team have provided us 24 hours out of box multi-channel support. They are social and respond to tweets, posts, and messages at our every hour of need. And secondly, they demonstrated a clear understanding of the scope and nature of the project and delivered accordingly.

The most challenging part is that they pay heed to every minutest detail in the project scope, which urged us to change our plan of actions quite frequently. So, in the beginning, of our development phase we were not able to cope up with their speed delivery. But undoubtedly, this has helped us to build advanced open source solutions and augmenting our business prospects.
