WebEx

I find WebEx to be an absolutely average piece of software, because not only do they lack that much needed functionality, but their user interface isn't quite up to par with other competitors. But if there's anything I liked while using this app, it would be the ability to message with the group as a whole or to certain individuals, which is also beneficial for people who would like to communicate about the meeting without disrupting the speaker.

As of now, I really have nothing bad to say about my experience with this company. Take away those bugs they fixed in the past, and you have a very decent app. Any errors you might find while using their app should be reported quickly, but I believe most of you won't even run into them. And the worst part? The default browser is Internet Explorer, so your company will have to let you download this if you use another product...

The system is easy to use, and there are lots of features, such as automatic invitations to meeting, a unique conference call number, and security passwords for the meeting. For newbies, I recommend following their instructions to get started, since the software itself is quite easy to use, but when in doubt, contact customer support, as they will help you with any questions that you might have.
