Webex is not too different with other communications tool or software but it's extra features like enhanced meeting follow-up options, automatic recording and private messaging while in the meeting makes it stand-out agains the rest. it also has an ability to upload presented files for the meeting participants to download instantly.

For small groups, I don't think the price can justify the value of the tool. I bet the maintenance charges regardless of the volume of license purchased is relevant. Voice over IP and phone costs may not be that cheap too. so I'd say that there's a lot to consider when planning to use this tool.

I don't see any reason not to recommend this tool but the cost and calls pricing. I guess, if you approach their sales representatives and ask for the qoute, it can help a lot most specially if you're not sure on the packages and or set-up to choose for your business requirement.
