Web CEO is a software as service for search engine optimization with an outstanding free plan and good value in all of their plans. Though I can say this solution has the most free SEO analytics value that I recall seeing available. It has a decent amount of function available in all of the relevant metrics you could want as a start up or small business. I was able to sign up with my business email and integrate our Google Analytics within a couple minutes. Within five minutes I was analyzing the additional data that was became available. And while not mind blowing that's because we have just officially relaunched and our building up our operations and refining our fulfillment systems and customer support prior to a major traffic launch over the second half of this year. Meanwhile though it is great have solid SEO based analytics hooked up to our ecommerce site and blog from the start so we can measure patterns and trends based on some continuity of data from the start yet without having to pay for this yet because our needs really do not require this level yet so thank you Web CEO for making this an easy decision. And of course that's smart by them because they're nurturing a free lead in our company with a real possibility of upgrading to their paid plans in the future. I also like that it leads you through a series of five or six steps to get your account basically setup and you can change things later if you need to. But then it also has another menu of items to complete each with a sub-menu of tasks which would have to be setup whether you're on the free plan or paid plans regardless. Though at least you have a comprehensive way of doing this and not skipping a step. You're left with a powerful set of features and a link to some documentation about how to use it. They have setup this up while not automated it's complete and educational which is always to have in the SEO field. And it leads you through a set of goals related to follow through with your blog as another means of traffic. As well as social media marketing. A paid advertising campaign in addition to keyword research and link building components. A good SEO brush up never hurts but if you are a newbie to search engine optimization then setting up your account is a good way to gain understanding of some of the terminology and use it hands on for your own project freely which is great. There's companies that charge for the information and the software. This is a rare SEO based company to offer this much free value and I am grateful for it. It's already built a trust by empowering me to run a better business with more accurate search engine optimization analytics specifically than I had planned to use for the first few months beyond Google Analytics, Wordpress.com stats, Statcounter in terms of measuring traffic and SEO related metrics. But this is more specialized for this in that they have fifteen specific SEO tools and you can use all but one so that's terrific.

I wish you could remove the Upgrade Now bar across the top of your free account until I am ready to do so. Hey there's not much to dislike otherwise really this much value by any SEO company is pretty rare and it all works fast and well. All I can say is wow to be able to enter keywords on the fly and get rankings is amazing. I purchased software just for this. But it does a lot more too. Many of which you can find free elsewhere but still it's great to have it all under one hood so to speak.

You have some cool customization options in your account including theme, interface and PDF reports so that's cool and again rare value in a free account. I am really happy to have bumped into Web CEO it is really outstanding to have this much data available about so many relevant aspects of our business. Aspects which are directly related to the bottom line. Like site speed, I just found out the pages which are loading slower than the rest. And I also found the one 404 error on our site so I will rectify this shortly. And that is just the beginning of how useful this set of search engine optimization tools are. When you view the list of free versus paid plans there's not a moment you go okay there is the string attached or the gimmick or catch or severe limitation so really it's just designed to get you to sign up and look. Not Web CEO, it's hands on from free and upwards and as a start up with large growth possibilities it's nice to get this setup early with the ability to scale up when we're ready.
