This was one of the full service digital marketing agencies I had contacted recently which offers a complete range of services to help you grow targeted traffic to your website to grow sales. I was interested in SEO in particular for retail ecommerce and reached out to learn more about their process and pricing. I was curious to find the best provider while researching several of the top rated SEO firms in the world to learn what separates the very best. This company is on page one for their main keyword 'charlotte web design' which was good to see. I do appreciate that they breakdown search engine optimization into Ecommerce, Small Business and B2B. Actually not many others I recall I recently surveyed did so. They were accredited and top rated in the Better Business Bureau which was good to see. And they were Google Partner certified which I appreciate as they are offering pay per click advertising management. They also had some recognizable brands as clients which helped verify their credibility.

The amount of client based proof with performance metrics this company offers in regards to verifiable SEO rankings for themselves or clients is lacking on the website which is a huge preselling factor in my opinion. There is also not a guarantee offered of any sort which I can see on their website though while not practical for companies to offer some with outstanding reputations still do so. Their knowledge on the site about SEO is very basic overall as someone with experience in the field wanting to learn in greater details about the specialized areas of SEO they offer. It did not give me a ton of confidence regarding their knowledge of the three hundred plus ongoing search engine optimization algorithm factors. Several of their offerings including Video Marketing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation and Affiliate Marketing services have no more than thirty or forty words as an explanation designed to convince you of their expertise. And while simple is usually good I just found it to be a bit too simple considering the complexity of the services offered.

I loved their portfolio it had some great designs but as a company offering internet marketing to have a case studies with campaign performance metrics from successful clients would help to make their case a bit more in my opinion. There actually are some case studies available which I do appreciate however the statistics are quite general and don't include metrics. Though anything I mentioned that seems negative is quite minor. If they get results none of it matters. We had already narrowed down our choice as to the company for our business however I sincerely believe this company is honest and will fulfill the service you need to help your company grow.
