What was the best part about using Web Bug Tracker?

Web Bug Tracker from VaxTech has a simple and clean user interface. It can be installed after downloading from the website easily and they offer a limited free version. Web Bug Tracker is dedicated to web development bug tracking . WebBug Tracker supports IE, FireFox , Chrome and more. Web Bug tracker allows tickets or attachments

What would you change about your experience with Web Bug Tracker?

Web Bug Tracker is a bit dated software and it has a dated user interface. Despite that Web Bug Tracker has plenty of features and functionalities, it is not so powerful and modern. I would like to see updates of the whole software design and user interface since it is not meeting nowadays standards plus it is not available on the cloud.

Overall Feedback

Web Bug tracker has an acceptable customer service and technical support. I would suggest to give it a try since this is a cheap automated testing software but somehow limited comparing others. If you don't care about for user interface of the software then go for Web Bug Tracker. Web Bug Tracker allows flexible control over captured issues and bugs. Even the company's website is dated.
