The best thing I like about vtiger is that it has the ability to integrate 2 email clients like outlook and thunderbird which gives us choice and takes it more effective to use and with ease of all modules at one place which saves time and cost for the organisations. Vtiger is very good,solid software.

We have used this CRM from long like that we never got the chance to say if there is something which we don’t like about this CRM however as now our requirement for this CRM is increasing we sometimes feel that there should be support available for 24 /7 rather than 24/5. Rest is fine.

We have used VtigerCRM for our organisation and found it much better than others CRMs which are available in the market as the integration of the sales modules wich helps us to track our sales and close them fast. We can track the sales report time to time and as when needed very quickly. Apart from that as it si cloud-based CRM and that makes it available 24 hrs and also helps in security as well as everything is on cloud and no chances for any data theft.Hence, we would like to say thanks to your team for bringing it up with such a great CRM.
