I like the ability to prioritize sales pipeline opportunities, and to organize contacts, prospects and accounts within Salesforce if need be. I believe the CRM interface may be slightly out of dated just in terms of design. And their mobile app could do more but I'm sure that's a work in progress but overall there is a lot of value provided in my opinion with a good ROI possible.

By all accounts, this is a cost effective CRM solution with a ton of value. I've read reports of 99% uptime and highly responsive support with updates to their software constantly. With VTiger you could track all inbound leads which will lead to increased conversion rates with analysis of data. So far in my journey to find the best CRM VTiger is right near the top of the list.
