Currently there are pricing options available.Sales plan, support plan and ultimate plan.In Sales plan one can get the normal basic functionalities . Sales plan does not support submitting tickets.Similarly support plan does not support lead creation. One who wants both these functionalities has to go for Ultimate plan with monthly rate of 29 $ per user.
