Vtiger CRM is built on many open-source codes. It's another powerful CRM that you can consider. It promises the same things like any other CRM. Vtiger is made for marketing campaigns and sales automation. It offers tons of features in a low price compared to major CRMs in the industry. If you don't like the performance you can quit anytime without any extra cost which I find very good thing to look at. The user Interface is quite clean, simple and easy to learn. The online version requires no knowledge to set-it up.

The integration with email and the processes are bit complicated. It need various settings to make automatic operations. Some rich text editors inside the platform needs to be developped more. We really need a rich text editor !. Reporting with grouped summaries and analytics are poor. iOS applaction is completely useless.

Vtiger CRM is not expensive comparing to other CRM systems. Vtiger customer support is responsive and very helpful. Vtiger is great system for information tracking and organization. Vtiger can be integrated to many software like Microsoft Outlook, Google calendar, Quickbooks, Magento, mailchip and much more.
