What was the best part about dealing with Vplayed?

The discussions that happened before the final sign was so vibrant with the VPlayed team. Rather than building a VOD platform based on templates and offering every customer a set of predefined templates and customizations, they catered to my lines of business. Their team has integrated 15+ app customizations to meet our specific requirements and delivered an unparalleled streaming experience for our audience. And these customizations are helping us every day deliver personalized experiences to enjoy TV shows and movies based on their interests.

What would you change about your experience with Vplayed?

Love using the app so far. All on the sunny side. Just one suggestion: It would be great if the backend management is made more convenient. Like, we understand how to use it as we have been using it for a long time. But for newbies to hold a grip, it might take time. Consider reworking that.

Every viewer who subscribes to our entertainment platform just wants unlimited and uninterrupted streaming of videos they wish to watch. While we worked on the un; limited entertainment part by bringing the best shows from the nation into the platform, VPlayed worked on building the best-uninterrupted streaming for our viewers. What was the best part about dealing with Vplayed?

Flexible monetization models for the win! Monetizing our videos was giving us constant headaches until years back. Although many platforms out there have a lot of reach and a viewer base, they lack when it comes to giving monetization models control to their customers. We were like, why should someone else decide how much we should earn and give them a huge pay cut? But VPlayed was built differently. They understood our preferences and integrated with three monetization models for our subscribers: Offer subscription based access (SVOD), pay per view options (TVOD), and ad supported (AVOD) viewing. This way, our user base is also increased as we are giving full freedom to the viewer over the choice of payment.

What would you change about your experience with Vplayed?

The TAT time of the support team can be a little quick. Though they are prompt enough in responding and resolving the issues we encounter, a little more speed will be super good to fix faults immediately and assist us in keeping the platform up and running!
