They were in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints over the last three years which I appreciated seeing. This is perhaps the best way to build confidence and trust in a company during the presales phase of researching any company and I appreciate it. I liked that they mentioned technical search engine optimization and provide audits as a core of their services indicating a deeper current level of knowledge than most of their competition. Their SEO Woorank was in the eighties which was above average and indicated they lead by example with their own services. They maintained a current blog which was another way they indicated that they were staying on the leading edge of their industry which is ever evolving. I was able to find several positive testimonials about their service off of their site. They provided a list of clients in a wide variety of industries including ours which was good to see. And they do philanthropy work which doesn't affect client campaigns of course, but at the end of the day, I am more inclined to choose a company which helps out others and cares beyond their own bottom line, so good on them.

I didn't find them to be Google Partner certified which is one way they could differentiate themselves from their competition in regards to technical SEO and analytics in my opinion. And there were no case studies on their website with performance metrics for any of their client campaigns which would certainly help facilitate greater trust in prospects just learning about their company in my opinion. Though some companies pass these along I understand after you contact them which was the case. After you reach out to them on their contact form they provide a link to a PDF with exactly what I believe should be placed prominently on their website as well.

I was interested in this company for their search engine optimization service for our forthcoming campaign. Overall, this company seemed very methodical and goal based in all of their services which I liked a lot. They passed most of my presales criteria up front so I was glad to contact them and learn more about their service from a representative directly. Mark responded quickly and I appreciate him sharing a ball park range of minimum pricing for us to consider. However, it was not yet converted into Canadian currency. And I am responsible for an entire integrated marketing campaign with slightly less than their minimum and in our currency so I had to pass currently. Though I can say this is a professional company with good experience in search engine optimization and believe they can help grow your presence and business online.
