Vocalcom Cloud Contact Center

Vocalcom Cloud Contact Center is a platform that I find very entertaining when it comes to using it for customer engagement. It's quite easy to use, and it integrates with some free VoIP services as well, but I think it's not the best platform out there. But at least, Vocalcom Cloud Contact Center is very adaptable for cloud based solutions.

If what you are looking for is just a simple tool that allows you to engage your customers and allow your small business to grow, I think you won't like Vocalcom Cloud Contact Center that much, because you'll have to pay a rather large amount of money for their services. I honestly think this platform is for medium sized business owners, as they'll definitely go for the Business or the Enterprise package.

Contacting your customers using social networks is a modern day thing, and my opinion is that Vocalcom offers services that help you achieve and enhance just that. It allows you to set up a very good platform for a call center, or even a help desk, but it doesn't offer that much. Still very fun to use, though! If you find their prices to be affordable, make sure you try Vocalcom!
