VMware IT Service Level Manager

I like how easy and smooth we can remotely configure vm machines and trouble shoot them. This tool makes it even easier to work with users and without having to frustrate them. This is also a great tool for cloud environments. The most valuable feature for me is its flexibility and simplicity.

Although we really haven’t dug deeper to notice some of its bad side, but we have experienced some driver configurations issues. Configuration of a virtual machine takes a long time although this one is really powerful and solves most of the problems remotely. Aside from that, I don’t see anything to dislike about this product.

I must say that this product definitely beats some other remote systems we have used over the past. It has made our live easier and this is a very good solution for cloud environments that is why I love this. Its flexibility also has added a major plus point to make it one of the leading IT Service Management Solution in the market.
