It's great they were listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the last three years. They claimed to offer a money back guarantee in the footer of their website which was quite rare during my research and appealing certainly. They maintained a current blog which had some recent and relevant content to help indicate they were staying current with knowledge in their ever changing industry which I appreciated. I liked that they specialized in Google My Places SEO which was not common among their competition. There were positive testimonials on their site from clients though it would have been nice if they all not from 2011 or earlier as there were major search engine updates since then which made me curious if they still have the same successes. There was a SEO case study as well but once again it was from 2011 so they would do well to update this in their presales strategy in my opinion.

They claimed to be Google Adwords I could not find them to be Google Partner certified when I checked google.com/partners and this would help verify their expertise from a prospects perspective. Rather than claiming it to be true when it currently is not the case. I found the same when I clicked their Bing Ads certification logo; it directed to a 404 error stating the page was no longer to be found. It didn't leave a great first impression as to their integrity. Their SEO Woorank was forty eight out of one hundred which was on the lower end during my research though nowhere near the lowest of eighteen. The average was about seventy five and I liked seeing a solid score to help indicate they lead by example with their own services as well as take action to follow current best search engine optimization practices.

I was not too quick to judge this company even though their testimonials and case studies were outdated and they made current claims to be Google and Bing certified when it does not currently appear to be the case. There could have perhaps passed current case studies and be in a transition period in regards to certification, and they did claim to offer a money back guarantee, so I reached out to learn more through their online submit form. We ended up going in another direction but based on their BBB rating would recommend considering this company for your marketing campaigns.
