What was the best part about dealing with Visualsoft eCommerce?

The sleazy initial sales pitch. OK seriously that was the best I can think of as well as a nice front end design. But that really is all!

What would you change about your experience with Visualsoft eCommerce?

Oh where do I start? The sleazy marketing scam? The over-priced junk of a site we got for the £12,000+ we paid? The expensive fixes we are being charged for? (stuff they broke) The arrogant directors? The terrible and slow customer service? Need I say more? Simply say NO to Visualsoft and find mother provider!

Overall Feedback

I am appalled by their service and would encourage the many MANY others who got burnt by them to team up for a class action lawsuit!
