This software provides a unique suite of applications to help your business. The software has a live chat feature which features text, voice and video which is innovative in itself but that's just the beginning. It also utilizes standard features such as typing preview, chat ratings, pre-chat forms, forwarding, private chats, voice dictation and an offline mode. There is a screen capture feature allows you share across platforms including Mac, Windows, IOS and Android. There is co-browsing as well meaning you can take control of another desktop with permission in order to help with troubleshooting or training. The routing feature switches the current visitor on your website to your most suitable agent based on skill set, location, language and load balancing. The page tracking is visual and detects idle and active pages. Files can be exchanged via chat which is a simple feature not included with most live chat softwares. The heatmap feature tracks how visitors use your site which helps conversion rate optimization and visitor engagement. FormPeek allows you to see form information whether it is sent or not. The exit intent technology is unique as well. And all tracking is secured and takes place in real time.

It's tough to find fault in this software it includes such incredibly helpful value which I don't believe is available anywhere else on the market. I am a new user and have yet to put all features to the test but so far getting to know my account I am astounded at the comprehensive, savvy features available here under one roof. However, I would appreciate all labels as opposed to icons in the dashboard. When you have to use multiple software each day this becomes a bit of a hassle, although it is quick to scroll over top of each and they include the keyboard shortcut which I appreciate.

While getting to know my account their pop-up chat window popped up with an offer to help, along with a link to the Wordpress plugin. And I had just searched for this in Google on a separate browser tab as I did not see it on their integrations page. This was amazingly helpful on one hand and I appreciated that. But the timing was so succinct it made me wonder if they were spying somehow using the co-browsing feature without my permission. It was probably just the timing but made me curious. And I acknowledge this is pure speculation and most likely seeming coincidence because the Wordpress plugin is quite a new feature. Overall, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this software which is the reason for this review. I hope to help them spread the word out it as it deserves much more recognition in their field than they are currently getting. The also have a great free forever plan to get started beyond your free trial. My highest recommendation.
