In my opinion, the user interface is monotonously monochromatic and in a way gets to feel dull. The UI should be made more colourful to give a great user experience. The tagging process on the platform is painfully long and takes up a lot of time. Also, nothing happens when you hit ‘archive’ on a post.

The product is great for following/tracking any mentions and is effective in helping to understand and compare what is happening where and knowing what is being said. For smaller businesses, other less expensive tools would probably work better for them without having to in any way strain them financially. The tool is definitely very relevant since for a growing business with expanding client needs, the product fully accommodates this. The archived data compared to other products can be viewed up to five years back whereas with the alternatives the archived data that can be accessed only goes to a year back. A lot of testing is therefore advised to decide on whether this particular product meets your business needs.
