This was a full service digital marketing agency offering a wide variety of services including pay per click advertising management which I had contacted them about to learn more. We were looking for the best PPC management team for our ecommerce start up currently researching top PPC management providers online. Specifically, evaluating several criteria including pricing, knowledge, responsiveness, overall value and guarantee. I like that they have an ecommerce marketing option. They are Google certified which is good to see for search, display and analytics. As well as SEMPO, Moz, SEM Rush, Majestic SEO and AMA certified which I appreciate a lot. As well as no contract requirements though there is an incentive to save your setup fees by signing up for a six month contract which is good to know.

I don't see a guarantee of their work on the site. There are several useful bullet lists containing their methodology, terminology and process for their services which is great. But there is not a lot of content generally speaking otherwise regarding educating the prospect in great detail prior to contacting them besides the blog which has not been as active for them as in the past. I don't see any testimonials from their clients, nor any case studies with verifiable proof of successful results for other clients which are a good idea to show prospects to help build trust. The company is not in the BBB as of yet.

This company doesn't pass my presales criteria unfortunately, which doesn't mean I didn't select them for our project because of this. But that I wasn't nearly convinced by an undeniable trust built having researched their website and presence online alone. Josh was kind enough to send along their pricing for pay per click management and it's fair, though more than the industry average for all of their plans by five percent, in my opinion. They have three plans available with setup fees but the fee is waived with a six month contract which is definitely the one way this company differentiates themselves from their competition so far into my due diligence of the best rated PPC firms. Besides their pricing being slightly more than the industry average this company was very responsive and provided pricing without any hassles and I can appreciate that.
