They were Google Partner certified when I checked which helped validate their expertise. Their SEO Woorank was eighty one out of one hundred which was above the average of about seventy five during my research and showed they led by example with their own search engine optimization services. There were letters of reference from happy clients as well as additional positive testimonials. There were also detailed case studies available with performance metrics and screenshots which I appreciated. They maintained a current blog which indicated they were currently active and staying on the leading edge of knowledge in their ever changing industry. And they were hiring which helped me to know they are keeping busy hopefully because of successful clients.

Their pricing was an issue and while I respect their positioning it is one of the higher priced companies I surveyed. And they don't guarantee their lower level plans priced between five and ten thousand dollars which was unfortunate.

They had their pricing on their website which isn't generally the case with reputable companies. And they guarantee a portion of your investment or your money back if they don't meet the criteria laid out in advance. Though I wasn't certain how the guarantee worked for the lower level plans and wanted to learn if there was any flexible in their current pricing so I reached out to obtain a quote through their website submit form. I did receive a prompt response from them and appreciated it. However, we had gone in another direction though I do recommend reaching out to learn if they are the best fit for your project.
