VirtualLogger is a great way to monitor and manage the quality of serviced from your own team. You can combine the importance of the recording of the call with the added benefit of recording the employee's monitor. This eliminates the possibility of miscommunications between employees and managers while also encouraging more focus from employees while on calls.

Feedback suggests that the employees are not thrilled about the fact that their monitors are being recorded. Unfortunately though, it is a very helpful feature in some cases. Also, they could improve their interface to be more user-friendly. There have also been a few issues with lag but that could be attributed to other things.

One additional benefit of using VirtualLogger for call recording is that on top of the audio recording of the call and the visual recording of the user's monitor, the calls and recordings are also archived automatically which is a great time saver for a busy organization with lots of calls coming in. VirtualLogger really does make life easier for organizations with a high call volume on a regular basis.
