Virtual Proposal Center FAQ

There are 2 fees associated with the Virtual Proposal Center (VPC) 1) a one time fee for a license in perpetuity that also includes installation and training, and 2) an annual support fee that includes all upgrades. "Active" user is the basis for pricing. An "active" user is one who has permission at that time above read only. Reduce the permission for that user to read only and they no longer count towards the license limit. All users other than "active" users are at no charge. There is no minimum license size or increment.
