This is a sales acceleration and relationship automation software tool which has a solid free plan, and reasonable pricing and lots of value in their paid plans. I like the Gmail or Outlook integration and it the software integrates with several other third party services as well including SalesForce, PipelineDeals and Insightly for customer relationship management softwares. Dropbox for cloud file storage. Join.me is a conferencing software. Docusign for digital signatures. And Calling for an outbound dialer. You can use email templates, personalized emails and merge tags to send email from your account and utilize an autoresponder feature as well to send follow up emails. You are able to track emails using a number of factors such as email opens, unique opens, click through rates and views. The calling feature is pay as you go so you're in control of your budget and all calls are recorded which is good. There is a content management feature available as well.

I appreciate that there is solid value in all of their plans, however it seems like this software is trying to do a bit too much, or perhaps not specializing in one area enough however you want to look at it. I believe the calling feature should have click to call, listen in and better call tracking available. The email feature does have the series of follow ups available and an opt-out link available but to have it stop following up once a contact responds would enhance it further. It would also be awesome to have the ability to capture contact information and emails from LinkedIn and any website would be awesome.

This strength of this software is clearly as an email service provider geared towards B2B email marketing, and I believe they would increase their marketing share by marketing it specifically as such in my opinion. The calling feature is good to have but it's not as advanced as other services and it seems to dilute the great value and specialization offered by their core competency. This is among the most affordable options for fifty thousand contacts at sixty dollars USD per month and the free plan is a good option to consider certainly. I would continue to test email deliverability rates and if they are solid this is among the best value for an ESP so far. If the email follow up series would cease once a contact responds that would make it truly great value. However I do recommend it as it is and appreciate the value currently being offered.
