ViewPoint Logistics FAQ

As most of our clients are medium to large sized organizations, a ViewPoint Logistics License Agreement comes with an Implementation services budget. Included in this budget is Infrastructure Services (installation and set up of the software), Training, Validation Support (new clients are required to validate the software as set up will support their business requirements before going Live) and Go-Live Support. Data Import assistance and Consulting Services on best use of the applications are available depending on the installation. An Implementation Project typically spans about 3 months.
