Organic - Unincentivized.

What was the best part about using Vetport?

In 2011 when I started looking for a cloud based software it was an awesome deal. But overtime the software has not been updated and we now have constant problems no matter what browser we use. What started as a great system has been neglected and is definitely not worth the money now. I would recommend Hippo Vet for anyone looking now. The best part at this point is that because they use an amazon cloud it never goes down.

What would you change about your experience with Vetport?

Please see above. Also the glitches that happen daily are too numerous to list here. The customer service is none existent and they do not address problems except to say they are working on it and then no follow up. It is so difficult to run my practice now with Vetport that we are forced to move to a new system and pay the startup costs all over again. But to be honest it will be worth it not to have to work with this software any longer it is such a daily hassle of time and money lost.

Overall Feedback

Do not buy this software. Look elsewhere such as Hippo or Ezyvet is my suggestion.
