It didn’t look much user- friendly, although I found my way around it but not without much issue. I bet users would love to see more templates deployed to the user interface or at least customizable templates to make functionality a memorable one. There aren’t too much complaints about the VerticalResponse that I’m aware of at the moment, but if there is, I reckon the software vendor would have done their bit.

I like the fact that the VerticalResponse is a fully customizable software and very editable as well. Users can afford to add as many pictures as permitted while editing texts feature is very easy. It comes with a fantastic drag and drop function and deployed on mobile with excellent and highly responsive designs to help users on the go. For industry users who desire to reach out to customers en masse, the VerticalResponse is very appropriate to fulfill that criterion in order to properly monitor the effectiveness of such campaigns.
