Velocify

Velocify demonstrates every fundamental needed by anyone in business wanting to organize their sales and lead generation techniques and tactics. It is great for helping you to keep track of leads that you have or have not followed up on and sends notifications upon setup according to your own needs and desires. Velocify is simple to use and works proficiently exactly the way the product manufacturer claims. I also really was impressed with the way that reports can be generated and tailored to accommodate a customized need.

I had a negative experience with support on a minor issue which should have been remedied by the customer service representative. I was really disappointed that the tech was not experienced or closely educated with their own product. Additionally, I also had some trouble with the tool glitching when trying to implement a clean add-on and found the dashboard to be extremely limiting in some ways that were crucial to the tool's overall benefit to me.

Velocify is particularly primitive in some aspects of its features and performance. IT does help significantly with reminders and notifications needed to track and keep up with potential leads. However, in retrospect the software has a poor support team that seem very challenged by the simplest of issues that clearly should not be that difficult to remedy. Additionally, the glitch with the add-on is hair-pulling annoying to the point that it really does not seem worth it for me to continue to use it.
