I had to make use of this tool for effectiveness because it was practically built with emphasis on sales while increasing productivity through efficiency. It is not a bad software to say the least but most users are not great users of third party VOIP providers. I felt it needed more seamless integration. I only wish it provided greater control and took care of the frequent inaccurate communication with the server. Other issues are also prevalent with other software of its kind, so this is not an exception. Price can do well to drop to a more affordable cost.

One other feature predetermined by management is the email templates that look very amazing as it gives report as to emails that were received and accessed.
