This is great Software best to utilize to gather reports and data on different online surveys that you spread for your customers to .respond The reports that we are getting from Valuiza is truly valuable for us to better manage our business. The amount of feedback we get from them is critical for us to better manage our business from pricing and services that we offer.

If there is anything that they need to work on it would be the interface of the software. I am not sure though if it is the same as the others but I really have a bit of long learning curve before I made myself comfortable from working on the survey forms up to generation of data.

If there is anything that I use this software best it would be the rigid and robust data that we get from Valuiza. Everything that we gather from them really helped us to better strategize and improve our services to perfectly fit our customers desires. I am positive recommending this to others who want to better service their customers.
