ValueCoders works on 3 different engagement models: ● Fixed Cost Project: We follow the complete SDLC in this model wherein we start from gathering the requirements, doing need analysis, providing cost estimates and then developing the product from scratch. ● Dedicated Developer: We provide our resources for a certain period of time where the client pays a monthly fee for the resource. The resource works in a model of 8 hours/day i.e., 160 Hours minimum in any given month. ● Time and Material: In this model, we bill our clients on the basis of the total number of hours our team spends on any project. The billing period can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending upon project requirements.
