What was the best part about using Vagaro?

The price is the only thing I am happy with these days. I will be looking into other software.

What would you change about your experience with Vagaro?

the system goes down at my busiest time when I need to check out clients. They don't allow you to put tax on the gift certificates you purchase without it having to be manual deleted and reentered for the service you are providing.

Overall Feedback

Price is right but with the system being down 2 times in the last 2 weeks at my busiest time it is hard to run a spa business. Plus with the tax on gift certificates and Vagaro not caring if your state has to pay tax on every service just because they don't in the state they are makes it more work for the business owner.
