What was the best part about using Utilibill?

automatic signing up process. I hate talking to sales people pushing stuff down my throat, this was all online and i did not need to speak to anyone.

What would you change about your experience with Utilibill?

I'd like staff payroll to be included but we use xero for that. I spoke to them about it and they said it is a billing platform not a payroll platform so fair enough.

Overall Feedback

I access it from home or away on weekends and don't have to come back into the office to get the bills out which is amazing. I used to be on a pc software and every time billing was on a weekend i would be stuck in the office for all hours. Also we don't need to worry about backups or upgrades as it all happens in the background. Happy we changed
