What was the best part about using Utilibill?

Great customer portal and integrated payments for IVR. Ticketing system integrated into the platform hooks into a number of systems and also offers web services api mobile application is available The system is very User friendly and most enhancements they give us are about making time saving features. customisable so we have our own branding on everything which some others didn't want to do for us their development team will make enhancements for us (for a fee)

What would you change about your experience with Utilibill?

doesn't have Accounting module for P&L and Balance sheet which was one of the things we really would have liked to have had, really we wanted payroll included as well but this system is targeted at or focused on the customer acquisition, billing collection and then management of .. rather than a full accounting package. this is not a massive issue but please add accounting for us

Great product, many features and functions and limitless rating and tariffing selections. Awesome HTML & PDF invoices which we can design ourselves and see changes on the fly Unlimited users is a plus Not charged for customer portal access also a bonus User management is easy Customer Service representatives get up to speed very quickly Cloud based Regular system updates which are free
