Our Organization has been using Uptivity for quite a while and it outshines its competitors by a mile! However in order to retain its market leadership, it can improve upon the call tracking. The system is not robust and is prone to frequent crashes which require uploading again consuming significant amount of time. I also found that the navigation between projects and project tasks and other details can be improved.
