This company was among those which I had contacted to learn if they were the best fit for our forthcoming integrated marketing campaign to include search engine optimization and pay per click advertising management perhaps. They had several positive testimonials on their site which was good to see. I was able to verify that they were Google Partner certified which helped their credibility. They were listed in the Better Business Bureau which I appreciated with two complaints in the previous three years but both were closed so this was good to see.

Their website SEO Woorank was fifty seven out of one hundred which was lower than the average during my research and didn't indicate that they were leading by example with this particular service or that it was their core competency but was not a deal breaker so long as their client results were their priority. The description of their website indicated that they held a top page one ranking for a highly competitive keyword phrase "Orange County SEO" which I appreciated however when I went to verify this phrase both with and without quote, in the organic rankings and in the local search area I did not find this company listed at all which didn't leave a great first impression as to claim this ranking from the past as relevant today is not helpful to a prospect and doesn't facilitate trust in their current level of knowledge in their industry. There were broken images on their site as well as a 404 error on their Our Work page which didn't convey a great attention to detail that a prospect would hope is not the case with their client campaigns as well. Their blog appeared to be abandoned in 2012 which doesn't convey that they have a current knowledge of the industry which explains some of their SEO methodology which was outdated as well specifically with regards to link wheels and local doorway pages which may have worked then but do not now according to their active competition methodologies. There were also several negative complaints about this company available elsewhere online.

Despite the negative reviews and lack of current knowledge in their industry I was curious to learn more about their approach so had reached out via their online contact form in order to report the most in depth review possible for others. I did not get a response from them at all unfortunately so that was too bad because I would have liked to hear back from them. I did check all voicemails during this time as well as my email account to ensure it. Perhaps we were not a good fit for them at the moment but if so a courtesy response follow up would be in their best interest in my opinion. Meanwhile, I cannot recommend them currently based on no response and a seemingly dated SEO methodology but perhaps you will be able to get in touch and find out they are the best company to help your business growth online.
