UltiPro

I like that Ultipro keeps a job and salary history, our other data system that we use to house information does not keep up with that and we have to record it all in a notes section. I also like the versatility of information on the platform configuration fields I can add. In the company we applied Ultipro in 2014 - I was the application manager. We chose UltiPro because of the ease of use for managers, managers and employees - we especially liked the self-service feature for managers and employees. It is very easy to use, easy to circumnavigate and has many help tips, videos and quick tips on almost every page. Here we are eight years later and our executive team is still satisfied with the ease of use and the reporting capabilities. UltiPro has all that we need together.

There is no displeasures! In our opinion, Ultipro is the most robust, user-friendly, employee self-service HRMS product out there. But Sometimes I am not able to request time off through the online site. I wish I was able to see my individual daily/weekly punches to assure that I am being paid accurately. The only real complaint that I have is the process for getting your "issues" taken care of. That has improved drastically with the addition of the "on-line" help if you’re a currently processing a payroll. But for all other issues you have to enter a "case" and wait for someone to contact you. This involves someone else deciding how "important" your issue is and responding based on their grading of the situation. I have had cases that were closed with no resolution, nor was I notified of the closure. I've have/had cases that were open for months with no one ever touching them or responding to me with any information at all. I'm not saying that this is the wrong way to handle the client’s issues, but I do feel that there is still a lot of room for improvement with this process.

The capability to see different sections in a suitable window is also very helpful. For the pay stubs you can have a full view and then have it changed to a printer friendly version. I like how you can pick and choose what format you see the pay stub in. It is easy to go back through old pay history as well. The most productive thing about UltiPro is the fact that it is an integrated system. It allows you to house all necessary components for a productive Time Keeping/Payroll/HR/Benefits and GL solution in one place.
