Implementing a Citrix emulation workflow was relatively simple compared to doing it via Windows APIs and custom code

After putting a lot of effort into creating the workflow and working around a few other issues...and testing it successfully...and recommending to management that we adopt this software for future Citrix automation tasks...I can't get customer service to respond to a licensing request...couldn't buy one if I wanted to because they simply do not respond no matter how many times you contact them. Two month now. I am throwing their software in the garbage where it belongs.

I am beyond words to describe my frustration. They have a bunch of big name users posted on their site and I have to wonder if that it a load of bull. I can't imagine they are any more patient than the big name company I am working for. I challenge them to prove those companies are still using their products.
