This is a solid backup communication tool to have on hand. It allows for simple audio and video connection between people in remote locations. You can link to social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and Twitter which allows you to view information available from these resources to get to know your prospects better though it would be a good idea to do this homework prior to your calls in my opinion. You can share files easily as well using Google Drive, Dropbox and Evernote currently. There are native mobile apps available for Android and iOS which is great. The user interface and dashboard include standard tools and are all very easy to learn and use without much of a learning curve. Calls can be recorded as well even in the free plan which is terrific value. And there are solid integrations possible with Slack, HipChat, Google Calendar, Drive and Hangouts, Hubspot, Outlook, Dropbox and Box.com.

Conference calls take place in HD although as someone with audio production experience this is somewhat of a misnomer generally speaking but that's just my opinion as the difference to the human ear is not noticeable in my experience except when using high quality headphones and even then it's not a major difference. Calls are recorded on Mp3 files and if they are not recorded as wav files which hold a lot more information I wonder what their definition of HD actually is. Nonetheless, I'm not complaining I get the marketing aspect to offering it as HD. I just happen to have experience creating hundreds of hours of an audio product and have tested the differences in most formats. While audio can be recorded it doesn't look like screen shares or video is possible to record which would be a way they could further differentiate this software.

There is a lot of value in their free plan and it includes all of the main features as there upgraded plan which I appreciate a lot. The main difference being the amount of people you can have on one call being limited to ten, or upgraded to one hundred. You can access calls in a lot of countries making it internationally friendly which is good. And the pricing for the premium version is still quite affordable. On par or slightly less than their competition for the same amount of people on the line. Overall, this is a great option to have for small meetings with their free plan. I will utilize it as a backup to a couple other services in any event we need to switch over quickly and I definitely recommend it.
