At first glance the dashboard was easier to digest information than a few of the others I had tried certainly though it wasn't the most intuitive in the market. I like the ability to monitor both social mentions and retweets as well as how often and when as well as who is interacted with. There is historical data available and the history in the lowest plan is higher than some other similar tools in the market. The tracker allows you to monitor keywords which are relevant to your business or project and can include your competitors. Reporting is available and you can download these stats in CSV form as well as receive a PDF report emailed to you weekly. Reports can also be customized to suit your brand. You can utilize the comparison tool for followers, friends and tweets in your account versus competitors.

The prices for upgraded plans are quite exclusive in that many are not included until you pay for more. I do wish the pricing was more inclusive while they could still adjust plans according to frequency of real time stats, number of accounts and users and other ways in order to provide more value in lower level plans.

There are numerous reviews about this service online as having inaccurate data but this wasn't the case in my situation. Moreover, my spidey sense started tingling when I read most of those reviews on G2Crowd because it seemed they were written in remarkably similar styles and didn't provide much insight other than this slight against there service. And unless the company is full of it, they have a lot of impressive marquee enterprise level clients which speaks to me more about their credibility than a few negative cookie cutter reviews. So in my opinion, while I am a newer user and we are a growing brand without massive data to pull from, so far it seems reliable and user friendly enough to recommend to others.
