TweetDeck

TweetDeck is my favorite social media monitoring platform for Twitter. I use it to keep an eye on topics and lists of interests, as well as mentions of my name. I also like how I can easily access a user's profile without leaving the app, follow or block people with one click, add them to my lists, converse with them, etc.

The old user interface was better. For example, two years ago, you could add several names in the same tweet by just clicking on them. Now if you want to do that, you have to type them manually or copy and paste, which requires that you open and close a lot of windows.

Straightforward, no nonsense Twitter tool that does everything you need. I've tried a ton of the other tools that have come out over the years, but nothing compared to Tweetdeck. Clean design that keeps you focused on the content rather than on features. The simplicity in Tweetdeck is what makes it one of the best Twitter management tools - especially if you're an agency with not much budget, or just a 'one man band' startup,
