What was the best part about using TurboCAD Professional?

The initial user interface is really easy to use and quite flexible. Budget friendly price and the compatibility with AutoCad files is great. If you are focused on doing 2D drawings then this software is the way to go. You don't even need expensive hardware to run this. It has simpler interface compared to AutoCAD but it doesn't lack anything on usability. Tools and commands are easy to use and functionality is perfect.

What would you change about your experience with TurboCAD Professional?

It's not a dislike, more like a wish. It does fine with simple 3D drawings but there are far more better software out there that handles 3D imaging better. If it were fully developed, this will be a great options for the users. I've encountered issues with the program like freezing and crashing, especially while working in a project for an extended period of time. Like any CAD program, be sure to save often.

Overall Feedback

With TurboCAD Professional, I am able to export 3d models from Sketchup. If you are looking for a budget friendly platform for a small business, or simply for someone eager to learn the basic ins and outs of CAD drafting, this is the way to go. It really offers more features than the free programs available. TurboCAD Professional might or might not be a good choice because of the 3D functionality not being fully furnished while the 2D is perfect.
