What was the best part about using TriNet Expense?
TriNet Expense's set up was simple and took me less time than I expected. The software's user interface is nice, it's straightforward and user-friendly. Submitting expense reports has become much easy with TriNet Expense, no need to keep the paper receipts anymore. An overview is a nice option - you can track the history of your reports and see the amount of money you've got reimbursed.
What would you change about your experience with TriNet Expense?
The software is user-friendly in general, but it can be overwhelming and even confusing for new users, and there is little training material on the site. Of course, once you submit your first expense, it's all getting much clearer. The same goes to the export of reports and expenses to QuickBooks, you have to do it once to get used to it, but the first time is again quite challenging.

TriNet Expense is a good tool for management and submitting of expenses. The software is cloud-based which means you are avoiding much paperwork. Using TriNet Expense, we get a clear picture of our expenses on business trips or of necessary purchases without having to worry about copies of paper receipts, and we are also informed about the current status of the submitted reports. Besides, the software keeps information about the company's employees, and if you need to find or change some information about your own employment, you can easily check the TriNet Expense's database and avoid submitting a request to the accountants, thus saving time for both parts.
