What was the best part about using TriNet Expense?
The most interesting thing I noticed first about this app was the offered price – with TriNet you actually pay less for more users, meaning the more users, the cheaper it is. For our company this was the key feature that made us want to try it out! The app itself offers users an easy way to keep up with the company’s expenses and it’s all online. All you have to do, is to import your bank data, CVs or insert manually with the mobile app – all of the calculation is done by the program. By the way, as I am a lot on the road, I started to love TriNet’s mileage cost feature – just enter mileage price and the program calculates and reports you the trip cost according to GPS. No need to waste time, just download the app, click and import your data and that’s all! Truly amazing program.
What would you change about your experience with TriNet Expense?
TriNet is definitely a good program but with programs, there can never be perfection. For me, it lacks in capability to do invoicing and get the more serious accounting also done. Sure, it is an excellent addition for your company, especially if you need to add 25+ users, but for a smaller business I don’t think you’ll get as much of the app as bigger corporations would benefit from using it.
Overall Feedback
TriNet serves as a fun and useful tool, but I think it is more enjoyable for bigger firms with a lot of staff. It lacks just a little in functionality to be the best choice for smaller companies who are on a limited budget. It can still be a very enjoyable program and will make your life a breeze but hence the saying: not everything is for everyone!
