What was the best part about using Trello?
I love to use Trello like a task managements system. First of all, Trello's card system very similar with Scrum - one of Agile methodology, but it has some restrictions here. Trello's cards is not a simple text in rectangle. It is very powerful entity which can have comments, check lists, labels, due date and any type of attachments.
Second, Trello provides multiuser access. It has enough features for quality collaboration.
Third, Trello has a full functional mobile apps. You can do same job on you mobile devices
Finally, Trello gives a lot of functionality for free. Its free plan It is amazing!
What would you change about your experience with Trello?
As I mentioned above, Trello is a good for Scrum methodology, but it doesn't have a some important and useful stuff for full implementation of it. For example, you can't easy set estimated time for each task. Deadlines dates is not the same.
You can't see graphics how much task done, how much you have to do.
There is no calendar to see upcoming deadlines summary.
And very small feature, what I need: you can't run a timer in task to see how much time you spend for it.
Overall Feedback
This is a good solution for small teams of programmers or even startups (very good free plan).
You can also use it for your daily task.
It doesn't allow you to do full lifecycle for Scrum, but overall it gives you a lot of good features to control you tasks and projects.
